OFFICIAL COLORS: Red and White
North Carolina State has run the gamut of red and white for helmet colors. Not much to say about NC State except that they have had some interesting award decals. For one, the large Mr. Wolf found on the front of the helmets from 1983-1985. Also, the very cool blood tipped wolf fangs worn from 2000-2006. They also may be the very first team to use a stripe that wasn't part of the four or two overlapping stripe designs of the 1930' and 40's.
